You have the choice to choose between two medical plans: Blue 05772 and Blue 05786. Both plans use the Blue Cross and Blue Shield network and provide comprehensive coverage, including coverage for prescription drugs. The plans are open access and do not require the selection of a Primary Care Physician; you have the freedom to self-refer to physicians, hospitals and other high-quality providers. Also, both plans provide coverage in- and out-of-network. For care received out-of-network the provider may bill you for amounts exceeding the plans payment schedule and you usually have higher out-of-pocket costs.
